The idea of the deck is to use Bibarel to replenish your hand, and Pidgeot to search out key techs to establish your strategy- poison for 7+ counters per every Toxicroak attack in hopes of knocking out your opponent's Pokemon.
Bibarel adds consistency and recovery.
Pidgeot searches out Perilous Jungle, Radiant Sneasler, and Brute Bonnet.
With these Pokemon on bench and Toxicroak in active, knocking out the opponents with this rogue strategy cusps at the idea that toxicroak isn't an "awful" deck, but requires innovation through the use of tried and tested draw/search engines.
