The 2023 Japan Championships has just concluded, and the top players are kind enough to provide all of the decklists that the top 16 players used to compete in the event. For those who don’t know, this event occurred in Japan, on June 1 - 2, 2024. This time, Lugia VSTAR once again managed to win the championships sending Hikaru Kobiyama to Worlds 2024. Congratulations!.
